Validity
Vouchers are generally valid for one person, unless stated otherwise on the voucher. Group bookings are limited to three people, provided each person submits a valid voucher. In the case of group bookings, the complimentary print included will be of the individual. Vouchers are generally valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Associated or altered Terms and Conditions may apply for promotional packages.

Booking
Office open 7 days a week for your convenience, from 8.30am-20.30pm. Appointments are available 7 days a week. All dates and times are subject to availability. To limit non-attendance, a fully refundable booking deposit of £25 is required to secure your appointment. You may choose to use this deposit against the cost of your order. If not, your deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 working days after attending and completing your session. 72 hours notice is required for booking alterations. Every alteration is subject to a £5 administration fee. Rollover pre payment is cancellable within 7 days of payment.

Limitations
Spectators are not permitted. The session will last for approximately half a day. If you arrive late you may be required to forfeit some elements of your session. In addition, if you do not complete your session, you will be required to forfeit your booking deposit and may be asked to supplement any hair service that you receive. A maximum of 4 outfit changes are permitted during the photoshoot. Packages are suitable for all ages; however, under 18’s must be accompanied by their parent or legal/court-appointed guardian. Please bring the relevant voucher with you to your appointment otherwise we cannot provide you with your session.

Orders
You will get a personal viewing session at the end of your session in which you are under no obligation to purchase. However, by placing an order you agree to adhere to the conditions listed on the order form. A £5.00 charge is required to cover the Recorded Delivery of your print(s) and/or product(s), including any complimentary print included in your session. Although we will always endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, delivery may to up to 8 weeks. Print and product orders of personalised material are non-refundable.

Paintballing - Terms And Conditions

Paintballs are not included in this offer
The 1st 100 Paintballs must be pre-purchased at £11.50 per 100 paintballs for each player at the time of booking to secure the date. Further paintballs average £6.00 per 100. Bulk purchase discounts also available.
Paintballs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Entry tickets (Digital or pre-paid) must be presented on the day of the event along with your reference code otherwise the full entry fee of £25 per person will be payable.
If a member of your group fails to attend the event they will lose their pre-payment and are no longer entitled to their 1st 100 paintballs.
Games cannot be cancelled or moved within 2 weeks prior to the play date. If this is moved it is subject to whether the site can accommodate the remaining players on the date you wish to move from.
The supplier holds Public Liability Insurance, Personal Accident insurance is not included and is for your own arrangement and expense. On arrival at your paintball day you will have to sign a personal registration form which releases and indemnifies responsibility of any personal injuries.
Please arrive at the specified time on your date of play as there is a safety briefing which cannot be missed!
Minimum age is 12 but locations do vary so please check that your chosen location has the minimum age policy you require by clicking the relative dot on the locations map.
